It’s not as loud as it could be because one dog is outside and mine is in the other room. Sigh.

Maybe if I was involved in the conversation it wouldn’t be so bad.

Stranger No. 1
Technically, he’s not a stranger. He works at an establishment that I frequent quite often. And we’ve talked before. But just chit-chat, you know the kind, the employee/customer type talk. But today I officially learned his name so I’m considering that a stranger.
So this is G. I’m keeping his name a secret simply because I didn’t ask if I could use it. I had caught him hanging off that pole earlier in the evening and attempted to take a photo then but he jumped down before I had the chance. Frankly, had I gotten that shot I wouldn’t have asked him officially for one. So maybe it’s a good thing I didn’t.
I took this iPhone shot and a shot with my LC-A and hopefully (omg fingers crossed) it turns out but if it doesn’t he already agreed for a re-shoot. (how awesome is that?)
Also, he hung there while I went from the LC-A and then booted up the Hipstamatic app on my iPhone. That was slightly (just a bit) stressful for me.
Some things I found out about him: He reads! A book a week, he said. Major points for that. Book nerds are always awesome. Oh, and if my macbook (I’ll include my iPad in this) ever gets stolen he’ll go super hero (getting my macbook back qualifies you as a super hero in my book) and make attempts to get it back.
Overall, Stranger No. 1 was successful! Yay!

The rain, just now. Standing outside work watching the flags flap against the metal post and feeling a stray raindrop every now and then fall on my face.
